February frolics

Training: Run 8km

Can you believe that it is March already? I can't.

I must admit that I am a little sad to say goodbye to Summer. And it seems that Autumn has started with a cold snap, making the farewell to Summer quite obvious.

But as they say, the end of one month brings the start of another. Time for a February recap I think...

And in training... I ran 72km, biked 35km and swam 8.15km. Wow it really does sound like a lot when you look at it that way. Unfortunately due to work commitments I was unable to spend more time on the bike and in the pool, and I don't see that changing much in the near future.

However, given that the triathlon season is all but over, I am going to try and focus more on running, strength training and yoga. A nice combination for the cooler months I think.

Here’s to a March filled with lots of new adventures!

Happy baking :)
