So did I have a sensational September? I'll let you decide...
There were rainy day nachos...
Cafe-style re-creations...
An exciting fitness announcement...
Happy Spring days...
A trip to Sydney - filled with football and fun...
And lunch with a view…
Cupcake baking...
A Thai food festival…
Fun Food Blog challenges...
Road trips to Melbourne...
Country loving....
And stress-relieving curry...
The Mystery Box also provided for some much needed dinner inspiration this month, with another 7 ingredients being drawn …
(Apricot, garlic, mustard, celery, bok choy, cardamom and orange). You can check out what I cooked with each ingredient following the links on the Mystery Box page!
Adventures aside, September also saw a big increase in training, owing to my 'possible' decision to sign up for a Half Ironman. I biked 269km, ran 70km and swam 10km - which I think is more than a trip from Canberra to Albury. The scary thing is that my program is about to increase even more so there should be some big numbers to report next month!
Here's to an 'Outstanding October'!
What about you? What was sensational about your September?
Happy Baking :)
