Even though this month was filled with trips away and celebrations, the Mystery Box was not forgotten and 9 ingredients were selected this month.
Dill, tahini, tarragon, lettuce, fennel, mint, onion, sweet potato and yoghurt. You can check out what I cooked with each ingredient by following the links under the Mystery Box page!
In fitness news, this month I made the decision to compete in the Canberra Half Ironman - scheduled for 12 December (6 weeks away!!!). October was a good month for running / swimming although I did slack off on my bike sessions (for various reasons). I managed to run 135km, bike 181km and swim 20.6km!
Here's to a Nutritious November!
What about you? Did you have an outstanding October?
Happy Baking :)

I swear, these round-ups of yours come sooner than once a month! ;) WHERE has this year gone?! Here's to Nutritious November - I like that!
ReplyDeleteWhat a month you had!! So fantastic! :)
ReplyDeleteThough stressful, I had a great October. I hope to make November more relaxing!
What a busy month. October saw me running my first half marathon, and I certainly can't complain about that.
ReplyDeleteOctober was a good month for me. I'm really looking forward to the holidays (Thanksgiving) and then after that starts the Christmas season...here's to lots of good food, family, friends and parties!! (i'll probably say the same thing at the start of next month too lol)
ReplyDeleteGreat month! All that swimming puts me to shame ;)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your November adventures!
Unfortunately my month wasn't quite so outstanding. I definitely need to follow your lead and aim for a Nutritious November - my body would definitely thank me :-).

p.s. Canberra half ironma. - wow, goodluck! Good on you!
Just found your blog and it's awesome. I had a similar reaction when I discovered it was 1 November yesterday. For some reason I was sure November didn't start until tomorrow and it suddenly occurred to me how close to the end of the year we suddenly are (mild panic about Christmas)!
ReplyDeleteI had a busy October ... I am hoping that November will be a tasty month full of good eats :-)
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are great!!!!
Bring on the Canberra HIM and a solid November worth of training!
ReplyDeleteI woke up on the 1st o November to Christmas carols blaring! My daughter started begging me to put up the tree as well. Only about 7 weeks till CHristmas, sigh...
