Yep – that’s right. The salad craving continued last night, and we wasted no time in throwing together this little beast.
While Mr BBB grilled some lovely porterhouse steaks from our local butcher, I worked on the ‘salad’.
Just greens and mushrooms on this occasion, with a couple steamed potatoes alongside.
Topped with grated cheese.
Then it was simply a matter of slicing the steak (which Mr BBB was rather chuffed to discover was cooked perfectly to medium rare).
And last, but not least…

A drizzle of ‘yellow mustard’ for no other reason than I like mustard.
Oh and be assured, my ice-cream craving was also satiated after dinner
With strawberries and chocolate sauce. Of course

I've been craving salad lately too, must be because it's winter and they're few and far between :)
