This dinner, which we literally threw together last night, was another one inspired by Jamie Oliver’s 15 minute meals cook book.
A sizzling steak and hoisin prawn noodle bowl.
It came together so quickly, in fact, that there are no ‘in progress’ photos to share.
Just the final product!
Steak – seasoned and coated with Chinese five spice, then grilled to perfection.
Served atop a noodle bowl – made with egg noodles, hoisin sauce, prawns, coriander, chilli and spring onions.
Finished with some toasted peanuts and sesame seeds, along with a few cos leaves for crunch, and….well….it was eaten with gusto!
