Below is a collection of my favourite recipes that have featured on this blog. You will find that most of the recipes are wheat and / or gluten free, unless indicated otherwise.

I was diagnosed as being wheat intolerant (not Coeliac) in 2009. I am able to tolerate small amounts of spelt and oats, and often use both in my cooking. If you are looking for gluten free alternatives, you can generally substitute the spelt flour for a gluten free flour mix.
